We’re Zach and Steph Dorworth — the power couple behind The Sunny Space.
Steph, a full-time videographer and event host, spent years searching for the perfect place to create. Every studio she rented came with a catch: cluttered spaces, bad lighting, endless setup, or hours of rearranging just to make it usable. Meanwhile, Zach — the king of efficiency — kept asking the same question: “Why isn’t there a space that just… works?”
So together, we imagined what would make creators’ lives easier. A space that felt bright, beautiful, effortless, and inspiring the moment you walked in. A space that supported creativity instead of slowing it down.
That vision became The Sunny Space — a turn-key, thoughtfully designed creative studio that feels like home, but functions like a dream. Our mission is simple: make it easier for creators, hosts, and storytellers to show up, shine, and create magic without the stress.

You can change or cancel your reservation any time 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin by clicking the change/cancel appointment button at the bottom of your initial confirmation or reminder email.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation will receive a credit. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original reservation.
No, we only open up the studio for bookings by the hour. The 60-minutes is strict and will include your set up, your creation time, and your clean up. Please be respectful of the guests arriving directly after you on the hour. If you do not leave within your booked time, you will be subject to being charged an additional hour.
No glitter or tiny confetti is allowed. Only large confetti that is easy for you to clean up within your allotted rental time is allowed. Cake smashes are okay as long as you put a protective blanket or surface underneath them so no messes or stains are left on the floor. If any messes are left, you will be subject to being charged a $100 cleaning fee.
Yes, you're welcome to eat and drink in the studio, but please avoid anything that could stain the furniture. Any damage may result in a $100 cleaning fee.
No - we are a natural light studio. So the main Sunny Space does not offer lighting. Bring your own if your style requires it.
Our podcast studio (which is a separate rental) does have built-in lighting.
Yes, we provide a bluetooth speaker so you can bluetooth your phone to it and play music. We also have 2 battery powered microphones you may use for speakers on stage. Please keep in mind there are other businesses to either side of the studio, so keep noise to a respectful level.
No. We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses during your time at the Sunny Space. We recommend you carry your own business liability insurance to protect yourself and your clients.
